The story of E2A - JAGUAR’S 1960 LE MANS CONTENDER - told by CKL, the long-time custodians of the famous and only surviving Jaguar Prototype from the famed Competition Works Department of genius designer Bill Heynes
Glorious sunshine graced our 2025 season opener Track Day at Goodwood Motor Circuit. The day was operated under Track Day rules with a 105db noise limit, and we had some special cars on track, including an ex-Targa Florio 427 Cobra, Ivor Bueb's Jaguar MK1, D-types, E-types, Listers...the list goes on.
The latest issue of Magneto Magazine (#25) features ‘E2A’ - the Jaguar prototype and 1960 Le Mans contender, which CKL have looked after for many years. Magazine contributor Simon Aldridge interviewed all of the important figures in the car’s story, including Mark hews, Chris Keith-Lucas, Penny Woodley, and Gregor Fisken.
