Unfortunately, due to storm Eunice at the end of last week our site in Battle has been plunged into darkness and we are still without electricity and running water. Due to the wellbeing of the guys in the workshop we are having to run a very limited number of people on site and so only a smaller amount of work is taking place.

We have been updated this morning and told that power is not expected to be restored until Thursday at the earliest. Rest assured that when we are back at full strength we will be working extended hours to catch up on things missed out this week.

Specifically, we are looking to recruit experienced technicians to join us at our busy workshop in Battle, East Sussex, and have opportunities for panel beaters and fabricators, restoration specialists and race mechanics/engineers.

We can offer a competitive package with flexible hours and the chance to work on some of the world’s most important historic cars.

In addition, we place great emphasis on finding the next generation to carry on these skills so, we would be interested in someone looking to start an apprenticeship within the classic car industry. The successful applicant can look forward to a structured learning programme which would include studying with the Heritage Skills Academy.
